RIYADH: Israel鈥檚 decision to seize Syrian-held areas in a UN-patrolled buffer zone in the Golan Heights and its attacks on Syrian territory confirm continued Israeli violation of international law, 萝莉视频 said on Monday.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Sunday he had ordered the army to 鈥渟eize鈥� the demilitarised zone in the Syrian-controlled part of the Golan Heights after militants swept Syrian president Bashar Assad from power.

A statement issued by the Kingdom鈥檚 Foreign Ministry said the move showed Israel鈥檚 determination to sabotage Syria鈥檚 chances of restoring its security, stability, and territorial integrity. 

鈥溌芾蚴悠� stresses the need for the international community to condemn these Israeli violations, affirm respect for Syria鈥檚 sovereignty and territorial integrity, and confirm that the Golan Heights are occupied Syrian Arab land,鈥� the statement said.
